4.2 AI Model Training
Your data is NOT used to train our AI models. We use pre-trained large language models (such as those from OpenAI and Anthropic) that process your data only to generate responses for you. Your personal relationship data is not fed back into model training and remains confidential.
4.3 Human Review
In limited circumstances, our team may review anonymized AI interactions to:
- Ensure AI responses are safe and appropriate
- Improve the quality and accuracy of insights
- Address reported issues or concerns
Any human review is conducted by trained personnel under strict confidentiality obligations, and your identifying information is removed where possible.
5. How We Share Your Information
5.1 With Your Partner
When you connect with a partner, certain check-in responses are shared with them as part of the Service. Responses you mark as "private" remain visible only to you. You control what is shared through your privacy settings.
5.2 Partner Disconnection
If you disconnect from a partner (or they disconnect from you):
- Your individual data remains in your account
- Shared response comparisons are no longer accessible to either party
- Historical shared data may be retained in backups for a limited period
- Neither partner can access the other's private responses
- You may request complete deletion of shared data by contacting support
5.3 With Service Providers
We share information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our Service:
- Cloud Hosting: For secure data storage and processing
- Analytics: PostHog for understanding usage patterns (anonymized data)
- Payment Processing: Stripe and RevenueCat for subscription management
- Authentication: Better Auth and social login providers
- AI Services: For generating personalized insights (data is processed securely)
